Our Founder
Many years ago; when I moved to the USA, and even today, getting Nigerian ingredients has been a hassle. I found some African stores but the options were limited and the prices were always a mystery. Many times, the foodstuffs were even stale. African stores were also few and far apart, if any, and they still are. I was burdened to find a solution because whenever my Nigerian neighbors and I got together, we were united in this struggle.
I knew we needed to find a solution that provided fresh Nigerian ingredients that we could budget for each month. An arrangement where we didn't have to give up fish because ogbono was now more expensive than the last time and who knew if it would even draw.
My name is Constance Ebienfa, and Naija Pantry is that solution.
